In addition to the regular annual show, the students have represented the school in various other events over the past few years.

Carnivals

For the past two years we have taken part in the South Normanton Summer Carnival. The day starts with a parade through the streets of South Normanton, ending at the community centre, and we all have to dress up as appropriate to fit in with the overall theme of the carnival. We then perform a selection of numbers from the show on the main stage at the carnival. The 2007 was a very wet one and it was the first time dancing in Wellies for most of us!

Dance with Wayne Sleep

In October 2006 some of the older students had the chance to attend a dance workshop with the legendary Wayne Sleep. Great fun was had by all.
